Skær alle grøntsager i små tern.
Hak persille og chili hakkes så fint du orker
Drys med salt, olivenolie og citron
Notes
Salaten må gerne være stærk på chili, citron og salt, så vær gerne rundhåndetPS. Man kan i princippet tilføje alle mulige slags grøntsager man har lyst. Det vigtigste er frisk chili sammen med citron og salt. På billedet er der fx tilføjet lidt radise. Grøn peber vil også fungere godt. Eller rød/gul for den sags skyld.
