Lauras brød

Min veninde Lauras nemme og lækre brød:

Bland gær, salt, vand og olie. Rør mel i. Dejen skal være halvvåd. Lad hæve koldt natten over. Put dejen i en brødform og lad hæve yderligere 20 min. Bag ved 225 gr. i 25 min.

Ingredienser:

  • 5-10 gr. gær
  • 4 dl vand
  • ½ dl olivenolie
  • 1 tsk salt
  • 8 dl mel i alt, heraf fx: 4 dl. hvedemel, 1 dl. havregryn, 1 dl. solsikkefrø og 1 dl. rugmel
